Payment, Shipping & Returns
The following payment methods are available in the evilspeed online shop:
- Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Visa Electron online payments;
- Apple Pay;
- direct bank transfer.

Buying as a VAT Registered Company
If you are registering a company account with a valid EU VAT number, please contact us to apply a 0% VAT rate to you. Unfortunately it can not be done automatically.
Availability Estimate Definitions
The item is available in our warehouse. We expect to prepare it for shipment within a day to a few days.
The item will be ordered from a supplier. We expect that it will be prepared for shipment within 2-4 weeks of your order.
We ship from Europe (Lithuania, Vilnius) to all over the world.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If your order is fully in stock we usually aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days. We will send you a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
If you have ordered an item that is on backorder, please allow 2-4 weeks to despatch, however we will be in touch closer to the time to confirm the exact delivery date with you.
If you have ordered items that are on backorder along with in stock items, then we will ship the order in full to you once the backorder item has come into stock.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee).
Shipping quotes are available in the basket, so you can quickly and easily get shipping costs without having to go through the checkout process. If our automated shipping options do not list your country or can’t provide a shipping quote, just contact us via phone, email or live chat and we’ll obtain a bespoke shipping quote for you.

It is possible to return an unwanted item within 14 days of receipt of the item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
It is necessary to inform in advance about the wish to return the item. You can do this by emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org or filling the contact form. To be eligible for a return, your item must not be used and must be the same condition that you received it – the item must be in its original packaging and any sealed items must not have been opened. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
