Delivery & Returns
All products are shipped from Lithuania. Items are shipped via Post or Courier Service. The shipping charges will be shown after choosing a delivery method at checkout. If we ship to your country, you will find it as one of the possible shipping destinations upon the time of placing your order. If you don’t find your country there, feel free to contact us.
We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day of payment.
We typically ship according to the following criteria:

Customs and Duties
Please note that Customs and Duties are not included in cost of postage and may be levied by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer so please check what these fees may be before purchasing.
Please advise us of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.
Return Policy / Guarantee
It possible to return an unwanted item within 14 days of receipt of the item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
It is necessary to inform in advance about the wish to return the item. You can do this by emailing us at: email@example.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must not be used and must be the same condition that you received it – the item must be in its original packaging and any sealed items must not have been opened. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
