Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards (handled by Stripe)

We do not store any credit card or other financial information. All payments – including the optional payment information storage – are processed by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Therefore, you can rest assured that your information is safe and secure.
In addition to using Stripe for payments, our website also uses the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. You will notice that SSL is enabled when you see a padlock at the top of your browser. By clicking on the padlock symbol, you can find out more about the SSL digital certificate.
For additional payment flexibility, we also offer PayPal, a secure platform with PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance and global acceptance. PayPal’s advanced data security, including encryption and fraud monitoring, makes it a popular choice for online payments. Buyer Protection on eligible transactions provides further assurance, and PayPal’s app allows for convenient, secure payments on mobile devices.

2. Send us your VAT number and the email you used to create the account (via email/chat), informing us that you have registered an account and wish to apply for a zero VAT rate.
3. Give us a few moments to verify your account.
4. The 0% VAT will be applied at checkout when you purchase items from the Evilspeed store.
Shipping
"In Stock" means the item is available in our warehouse. We aim to prepare it for shipment within a day to a few business days.
Any part with this status "On Backorder" on the product page is currently out of stock in our warehouse. We can place this on order for you with a delay on delivery. We aim to despatch backorder parts between 2–4 weeks but cannot promise this.
At any point, we can offer to refund in full if required.
Please note that shipping time describes a package leaving our warehouse and making its way to you. Delivery term describes the actual date a package is dropped off at your address and depends on chosen shipping services and your location.
If your order is fully in stock, we usually aim to despatch within 1–2 working days. We will send you a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details once your order has been despatched.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another notification when it ships. If you don’t receive the emails, please check your spam folder or contact us. Please allow a few hours for the carrier to update the information. The tracking updates are upon scanning the items in the facility. Once the courier has picked up the parcel, the tracking info may not be accurate.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us before it has been shipped. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any modifications once the order has been dispatched
We ship from Europe (Lithuania, Vilnius) to all over the world.
You can choose between Priority Post and Courier (GLS, UPS) delivery.
Please note that tracking is unavailable for parcels shipped via airmail while they are in transit between postal facilities. Tracking becomes available once the parcel reaches the local postal sorting centre or customs facility.
Shipping quotes are available in the basket, so you can quickly and easily get shipping costs without having to go through the checkout process. If our automated shipping options do not list your country or can’t provide a shipping quote, just contact us via phone, email or live chat and we’ll obtain a bespoke shipping quote for you.

Delivery takes approximately 3–14 working days (Public and Bank Holidays are excluded), dependant on your parcel’s destination and delivery method, but please allow 7–21 working days for delivery. If after this period of time you have not received your delivery, please contact us via email.
We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
If the buyer (consignee) refuses to pay the charges and duties owed, this shall be deemed a refusal to accept delivery, and the buyer (consignee) remains jointly and severally responsible for their payment. In the event the buyer (consignee) refuses to pay such charges and duties, the parcel may be returned at the cost of the buyer (consignee). These charges, duties, and/or return shipment fees will be deducted from the refund for the items ordered.
Please note that we cannot declare a lower value for shipped goods or mark them as gifts, as this is considered fraudulent and violates EU customs regulations, including the Union Customs Code (Regulation (EU) No 952/2013).
Returns
It is possible to return an unwanted item within 14 days of receipt of the item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return the item, you must comply with the rules of return. Please check the Rules of Return section below.
- You may return an unwanted item within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be in its original packaging. Sealed items (e.g., horn buttons) must not have been opened.
- All items must be returned double-boxed, just as they were originally shipped. If the original product packaging is damaged due to improper packing, the refund may be partial.
- If shipping labels are placed directly on the original product packaging, the refund will be partial, as the packaging will be considered damaged.
- Do not install the items on your vehicle if you are uncertain about keeping them or unsure of their compatibility. Items with installation marks are non-returnable.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect, damaged, or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you have received the wrong item or changed your mind, a refund or exchange will only be possible once the original item is returned and inspected. Actions will only be taken after the inspection, and if the returned item meets the returns policy.
