Delivery policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will wait until we receive all the goods of your order and only then ship you the whole order. If the items are available, we will ship you the your order immediately, the next day after receipt of a payment.

Shipping within Lithuania/Latvia/Estonia generally takes less than one week from the date of dispatch - it may take longer during holiday periods & to rural locations. You will be sent the relevant tracking info once your order has been dispatched. International orders have different shipping times, depending on the distance of the country from Lithuania. They typically take one or two weeks to arrive once dispatched, but can sometimes take up to three weeks in certain scenarios (they can also sometimes take less than a week). International shipping includes tracking information.

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order. If at the time of delivery you notice any package damage, please immediately notify the courier who delivered the parcel and fill out a package damage statement. If ordered goods are accepted and a delivery document is signed without any comments, the parcel is considered to be delivered appropriately.

Delivery charges

Domestic Shipping. Lithuania postage and packaging charges for most items will be between 4.00€ and 15.00€. The exception to these guidelines will be seats and other oversized goods where due to their size can cost up to 40.00€ to deliver. The postage charges will be shown after choosing a delivery method.

International Shipping. We can ship to virtually any destination worldwide. However, we currently need to quote this on an individual order basis, so please contact us on please contact us once you have selected your products. We can also supply a much wider range of products currently listed on our web-site so if you require something that you can’t find, please let us know.

Please note that Estimated delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide you with several other resources for tracking your order, such as order detail and tracking links.

Return policy

It is necessary to inform in advance about the wish to return the item. You can do this by emailing us at: info@evilspeed.eu.

It possible to return an unwanted item within 14 days of receipt of the item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:
  • the item must not be used and must be the same condition that you received it;
  • the item must be in its original packaging and any sealed items must not have been opened.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
