Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards (handled by Stripe)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay

We do not store any credit card or other financial information. All payments – including the optional payment information storage – are processed by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Therefore, you can rest assured that your information is safe and secure.

In addition to using Stripe for payments, our website also uses the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. You will notice that SSL is enabled when you see a padlock at the top of your browser. By clicking on the padlock symbol, you can find out more about the SSL digital certificate.

How to buy as a VAT-registered company?

1. Create an account

2. Enter the required information for a new address (Account → Addresses → Add a new address), making sure to include your company name and VAT number.

3. Inform us (via email/chat) that you have registered an account and wish to apply for a zero VAT rate.

4. Give us few hours to verify your VAT number.

Shipping

In Stock

The item is available in our warehouse. We expect to prepare it for shipment within a day to a few business days.

Please note that shipping term (in this case 1-2 business days) describes a package leaving our warehouse and making its way to you. Delivery term describes the actual date a package is dropped off at the your address and depends on chosen shipping services and your location.

On Backorder

Any part with this status "on backorder" on the product page is currently out of stock in our warehouse.

We can place this on order for you with a delay on delivery. We aim to despatch back order parts between 2-4 weeks but cannot promise this.

At any point we can offer to refund in full if required.

We ship from Europe (Lithuania, Vilnius) to all over the world.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If you have ordered items that are on backorder along with in stock items, then we will ship the order in full to you once the backorder item has come into stock.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee).

You can choose between Priority Post and Courier delivery.

Shipping quotes are available in the basket, so you can quickly and easily get shipping costs without having to go through the checkout process. If our automated shipping options do not list your country or can’t provide a shipping quote, just contact us via phone, email or live chat and we’ll obtain a bespoke shipping quote for you.

Delivery takes approximately 3-14 working days (Public and Bank Holidays are excluded) dependant on your parcels destination and delivery method, but please allow 7-21 working days for delivery. If after this period of time you have not received your delivery please contact us at info@evilspeed.eu.

We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Important note for non-EU customers: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Returns

It is possible to return an unwanted item within 14 days of receipt of the item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not be used and must be the same condition that you received it – the item must be in its original packaging and any sealed items (e.g. horn buttons) must not have been opened.

Please do not install the items on your car if you are uncertain about your intention to retain the parts or unsure of their compatibility. Items with installation marks are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
