Delivery & Returns


All products are shipped from Lithuania. Items are shipped via Post or Courier Service. The shipping charges will be shown after choosing a delivery method at checkout. If we ship to your country, you will find it as one of the possible shipping destinations upon the time of placing your order. If you don’t find your country there, feel free to contact us.

Despatch Time

The despatch time is the number of working days that will take us to post the item after receiving your cleared payment. A payment is considered 'cleared' after the money from the buyer has been deposited into our bank or PayPal account. If the buyer pays by PayPal or credit card, the payment may clear immediately. However if the buyer pays by bank transfer, it may take several days.

The despatch time does not include the transit time – i.e. the number of working days the postal or courier service will take to deliver the item to you. Working days are normal weekdays. Despatch times don't include Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. (Transit times don't include major holidays and Sundays, but may include Saturdays, depending on the delivery service provider.)


Please advise us of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 7 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

Return Policy

It is possible to return an unwanted item within 14 days of receipt of the item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

It is necessary to inform in advance about the wish to return the item. You can do this by emailing us at: To be eligible for a return, your item must not be used and must be the same condition that you received it – the item must be in its original packaging and any sealed items must not have been opened. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


We take our reputation seriously, and we understand the value of trust. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it to your satisfaction.

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
  • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
