At the 1973 Paris Motor Show, Ferrari broke away from 20 years of working exclusively with Pininfarina and revealed the Dino 308 GT4 – a V8-powered model designed by Bertone. The Turin-based firm crafted a stylish mid-engined 2+2, managing to fit it into a sleek body just over 4.3 metres long – an impressive feat.
Building on this design, Ferrari later introduced the Dino 208 GT4, which featured a smaller 2000cc engine fitted into the same body. This model was created mainly for the Italian market, where cars with engines over 2 litres faced heavy taxation at the time. To achieve this, Ferrari reduced the bore of the 3-litre engine while keeping the stroke unchanged.
This reproduction of the Ferrari Dino 208/308 steering wheel, designed by MOMO, who has maintained a close relationship with Ferrari for many years, features a flat, unadorned 3-spoke design with a grip trimmed with traditional white stitching.
Ferrari Dino 308 steering wheel comes with a Dino horn button but does not include a boss kit, which can be purchased here. Not only can this steering wheel be used as a replacement for the Dino 308 but if you have a MOMO boss for your own vehicle, you can install it on any car.
